Users may cancel an application at any time prior to payment and submission. Once paid for and submitted, applications cannot be cancelled.

Users may pay for goods and/or services online via Credit Card or debit card.
Users may also request to make a manual payment via other payment methods. Depending on the method of payment the service fees may be slightly higher than online credit card payment method.
